The Building Operations department provides a comprehensive logistical and physical support service to most major university events, including Commencement and Graduation ceremonies. For most events our support services include the setup of tables and chairs, as well as the installation of temporary power and wiring to support catering, sound and video needs. Installation of temporary exhibition cubicles, signage, lighting or special equipment is provided by our dedicated service providers and in-house maintenance staff. Our dedicated cleaning teams also play a crucial role in all events making certain that all event areas are kept clean at all times last but not least the Custodial and Support Services provide both additional catering and transport services as requested by the events team.
