Washington Operations Office
The Washington Operations Office (WOO) supports the goals and successful operation of Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service in Qatar by serving as liaison between the Doha campus and the University's main campus and by providing logistical and operational support to the Doha Campus. Major support functions include:
- Video conference scheduling
- Support of distance learning courses
- Facilitation of recruitment and search activities for new faculty and staff for the Doha campus
- Orientation of newly hired faculty and staff relocating to Doha
- Travel and hotel arrangements
- Bi-weekly mail shipments to the Doha campus
- Meeting, conference and special event planning
- Study-abroad program support

Driving and Transportation to Washington Operations Office:
The Washington Operations Office is located on the second floor of the Harris Building, at 3300 Whitehaven Street, NW, just off Wisconsin Avenue. The Harris building is a 10-minute drive from campus.
The Georgetown University Transportation Shuttle (GUTS) leaves Darnall Hall on the main campus every fifteen minutes. Please refer to the GUTS Wisconsin Shuttle Schedule for exact times.
