- Oversees the management of the Community relations function. This is to include effective management of the Community Relations Officer and providing education/guidance to all GU community members.
- Introduces an organization wide employee attitude survey to assess levels of employee satisfaction and to serve as the basis for prioritizing initiatives for increasing levels of employee engagement.
- Manages the relationship between SFS-Qatar and schools in Doha through effective liaison with schools and SFS-Qatar parents (as well as potential SFS-Qatar employees).
