Payroll
All SFS-Qatar staff and faculty are paid on a monthly basis.
All staff and faculty, who have a U.S bank account, have the option of splitting their monthly net pay to a bank account in Qatar and in the U.S. Employees with US bank accounts and who desire to have their net pay deposited in multiple bank accounts will have to determine a standard dollar amount that they wish to transfer to Qatar. Due to system limitations, we cannot process fixed percentage transfers to bank accounts in Qatar.
All employees who do not have US bank accounts or who wish to receive 100% of their net pay in Qatar will receive their pay in a nominated bank account in Qatar. The transfer of funds to a local bank account in Qatar for all staff and faculty will only be to a Qatari Riyal account.
All staff and faculty who wish to receive their salary in a bank account in Qatar or split their pay are required to complete the following Local Draw Form and submit to Ivan Gray; Financial Officer; for processing. To arrange for direct deposit, simply complete and sign a Direct Deposit Form and attach a voided check for checking account deposit and a deposit slip for savings account deposit. Once the authorization is received by Payroll it may take one pay cycle to become active. You can access your monthly pay records by logging on to Employee Access +. In addition to this, SFS-Qatar Office of Finance and Business Services will also send you a comprehensive statement of compensation including details of any applicable reimbursements on a monthly basis. If you have questions regarding your monthly payroll transactions, please contact Ivan Gray.
