Seyyed Hossein Nasr Talks about Islam and Environmental Preservation
The Center for International and Regional Studies is hosting a lecture entitled “Islam and the Preservation of the Natural Environment” by Seyyed Hossein Nasr.
Seyyed Hossein Nasr is a professor of Islamic Studies at the George Washington University, Washington D.C. He is one of the foremost scholars of Islam and a highly respected authority on the comparative study of religions. He is the author of over fifty books and five hundred articles, many of which have been translated into several languages.
