Annual Performance Reviews
Dear Colleagues:
The season of Annual Performance Reviews is upon us! As in past years, managers should meet with employees to discuss their progress toward annual performance goals. Beyond the annual review, additional meetings may be held on a more frequent schedule, as needed, and they are strongly encouraged in the case of employees who are failing to meet expectations.
