A023 Global Classroom Reservations Process

Our global classroom is equipped with a RPX telepresence system which allows you to communicate with partners and colleagues across the world.  You do not need any training to use this room.  Simply follow the instructions below to reserve this space for a class activity or conference:

  1. Using GUQCalendar, follow the appropriate step to check availability.
  2. In order to to reserve the room, you must send an e-mail to Rana Saad at rs374@georgetown.edu.
  3. You will receive an e-mail either confirming or denying your reservation based on availabilty.
  4. On the day of your meeting, an IT support person will connect your meeting prior to the start time.
  5. If you need to use a laptop for presentation purposes, please complete the IT Staff Support Request form.
