About SFS-Qatar Calendars
The SFS-Qatar Calendars is a web calendar system for listing events and activities for the SFS-Qatar community, and general public. The purpose of the calendar system is to facilitate communication across SFS-Qatar campus, while at the same time providing information for outsiders on events open to the public, and also demonstrate Georgetown University’s identity as a student-centered, international research university. Please visit one of the four calendars to view event information tailored according to your affiliation with SFS-Qatar:
- Visit SFS-Qatar Faculty and Staff Calendar to access event information for the current SFS-Qatar Faculty and Employees. Right of entry to this calendar is restricted to only SFS-Qatar Faculty and Staff.
- Use SFS-Qatar Student Calendar to view events and activities for current SFS-Qatar students; such as student organization activities.
- If you are interested in finding out information on SFS-Qatar sponsored events and activities open to the general public, please visit SFS-Qatar Public Calendar.
- For information on events in Doha, use the SFS-Qatar Community Calendar. Please be advised that this calendar operates over an external platform and SFS-Qatar does not take responsibility for the content and technical capacities of this calendar.
SFS-Qatar Calendars is part of The Georgetown University Calendar system, which was updated in June 2002 to add new features that are intended to make the system more user-friendly and informative. Please read the calendar documentation, which explains these changes.
This web site is subject to the general policies applicable to the Georgetown University web.
The calendar system is a project of the GUide Committee. ColdFusion application programming was provided by Piet Niederhausen.
