To obtain a parking sticker, please contact  Omar Al Swadi or Saeed Mohamed. Outside parking for visitors and vehicles without a valid QF parking sticker is available adjacent to the LAS building.

Catering

Each department that has an event requiring catering services (delivery of food including the set up of tables and chairs) will need to do the following no later than 24 hours before the event(s):

  1. Send an e-mail to QF HSSE to the e-mail addresses listed below describing the event, day, time and set up time of the caterers: Secure1@qf.org.qa, Secure2@qf.org.qa
  2. Copy of the e-mail to Fahad Al Jaber (faljaber@qf.org.qa)
  3. Copy of the e-mail to Perl V. Tinio and Cesar Seguban

After receipt of your e-mail, QF HSSE will inform the security guards in the LAS to allow the caterers to enter the building. Please note that deliveries will be at the Lower Level Loading dock entrance adjacent to the kitchen. As a policy, QF does allow deliveries to be made at the VIP entrance.
