Calendars
GUQCalendar is your personal calendar for scheduling appointments and meetings. Your first to begin using the calendar is to activate your GUQCalendar Account. You should then review information about using GUQCalendar.
GUQWebcalendar allows you to access GUQCalendar using a Web browser. You can use GUQWebcalendar to conveniently access your calendar account from anywhere that you have an internet connection.
GUQCalendar Resource Calendars
The schedules for the conference rooms and classrooms in the LAS Building are available for viewing in GUQCalendar. Please see "Reserving a Resource" for steps on how to schedule and request a reservation for a particular room.
Georgetown University Web Calendar
You can use the Georgetown University Web Calendar when you want to publicize events or activities on the Web. Each department can have their own calendar of events which can be included in the master SFSQ Web calendar. The Georgetown Web Calendar is not a part of GUCalendar; it is a completely separate system and entries in the Georgetown Web Calendar are not reflected in GUCalendar.
